 We bengalis believe in "go with the flow", that is why when something creates buzz especially in food, we never failed to make trend/hype of that as result we got ₹40 Biryani trend, Gandharaj Momo trend etc. 

In between both of these trends there was another one - the trend of roadside kebab. And now at the every crossing of the city you can find atleast one kebab cart.

 Today we are talking about the oldest kebab cart in Shyambazar, "MD. Walia Kebab Corner" in Bidhan Sarani. This place is known for their Chicken Boti Kebab....this Chicken Boti Kebab is the ultimate show stopper. Every piece is tender & juicy, filled with flavours; when you try this with their Green Chatni, you got that real kick.

You can try their Chicken Pyare Kebab also, a stick of minced chicken with green onions, black pepper & lots of spices, well roasted. The best way to try this dip onion slice in the chutney then put it on the kebab and gulp it. You can also try their Reshmi Kebab, Haryali Kebab, Chicken Wings & Legs.
